LINE HELP

Help While You Read a Fight Line

Fight lines move fast, so we keep help close to the market. If a spread looks locked, or a number changed while your ticket sat open, our live chat team can walk you through what happened to that bout. Identity verification questions get routed to account help instead of a bot loop. Reach us from your phone or your desktop, whichever one you are on when the card starts.

Live Chat on Fight Night Spread settlement questions, suspended markets and scorecard decisions all run through live chat. Have your ticket reference handy and we can pull the bout up with you.
Account Help Path Verification for withdrawals after a winning card, PayPal, Venmo and Play+ funding questions, and login trouble on a phone all route to account help rather than the betting desk.
Market Status Alerts When we pull a spread for a late opponent change, an in-account alert tells you the bout was reposted, so you are not left guessing why the number vanished.
MARKET INTEGRITY

How hardrockbets Prices Fight Lines

How a fight line is priced and settled matters more than how it looks. We run the same market feed across desktop and mobile, publish the settlement rule beside every spread, and keep a written record of any bout we void. When a fight is stopped early or a scorecard is read, that record is what we point to if you ask why your ticket settled the way it did.

Published Settlement Rules

Every UFC spread carries the rule we settle it by, so a scorecard decision, a draw or a stoppage is judged the same way whether you back the favorite or the underdog.

One Market Feed

Your phone and your desktop pull fight lines from a single feed, so a number you checked on the bus matches the number waiting for you at home.

Void Records

Late opponent swaps and no contests happen. We log every bout pulled from the board and send the stake back to your account wallet instead of leaving it in limbo.

Account Security Checks

Withdrawal requests after a winning fight card pass an identity check before money leaves the wallet, which is why we ask for the same details across PayPal, Venmo and Play+.

hardrockbets What a UFC Point Spread Means

What a UFC Point Spread Means

A UFC point spread is not a scoreboard number; it is a scorecard number. The judges decide the margin, so a -5.5 favorite has to win by six or more on the cards, while +5.5 on the underdog cashes if the fight is closer than that. We post lines per bout the moment a card is announced and adjust them through weigh-ins.

Round totals, method-of-victory props and same-game parlays sit beside every spread, and whether you are in Las Vegas or Houston the same markets load on your phone. Money sits in your account wallet, funded by PayPal, Venmo or Play+.

  • Scorecard handicap, not a scoreboard
  • Lines shift with weigh-in news
  • Round totals and method props alongside every spread
  • Parlays built across a full fight card

UFC Point Spread Terms, Plainly Put

Fight markets use their own shorthand, and a few of those words mean something different in mixed martial arts than they do on a football board. Below are the terms we get asked about most at the cashier desk, written the way we would explain them to you in chat, no jargon and no runaround.

What is a point spread?

A fight handicap set by oddsmakers. A fighter favored at -3.5 has to win by four points or more on the judges' scorecards for that bet to settle in your favor.

What does favorite mean?

The fighter the market expects to win, shown with a minus spread. Backing a favorite at -3.5 means you need a wide enough scorecard margin to clear that number.

What does underdog mean?

The fighter priced as the outsider, listed with a plus spread. At +3.5 you collect if they win outright or lose by three points or fewer on the cards.

What is a push?

A dead heat against the line. If the spread sits at -3 and the favorite wins by exactly three on the cards, the stake returns to your wallet and nobody loses.

What is a void market?

A line we cancel before settlement. An early stoppage, a no contest or a late opponent swap can wipe the spread and send every stake back to the wallet.

What is a same-game parlay?

A single ticket that combines markets from one fight card, such as a spread with a round total. Every leg has to land for the ticket to pay out.

UFC Spread Questions, Answered

These are the questions our support team fields most often once a card goes live. Each answer walks through how we actually handle a UFC spread: when it settles, what a stoppage does to the number, and how a winning ticket moves into your account wallet for withdrawal through PayPal, Venmo or Play+. If your situation is not covered here, live chat picks it up during the event.

We settle spreads on the three judges' scorecards after the decision is read, not on takedowns or control time. A stoppage finish always beats the spread number.

A knockout or submission counts as a win inside the distance, so a favored fighter clears any spread. We void round-by-round markets that cannot be scored once the fight stops.

Yes. Stack spreads from several bouts on one card, or pair a single spread with a round total inside a same-fight parlay. Every leg must land for the ticket to pay.

Lines go up as soon as a card is announced and shift through weigh-ins. If a late replacement changes the matchup, expect the spread to be pulled and reposted before the bout.

Winnings land in your account wallet, and you can route them back through PayPal, Venmo or Play+, or use an online banking transfer once identity verification clears.
